Shipping Policy

Most of our stock is located at our Castle Hill(NSW) store, you won't be waiting weeks for it to arrive. If an item says order in, it may be coming from overseas. Please don't hesitate to give us a call before placing the order to get an estimated arrival date. 

We Offer Free Next Business Day Express Delivery when your order is over $200.00

(Approximately 1-4 Buisness days) - Express Post

All of our standard deliveries are sent Express Post and are shipped out the next business day. This Excludes all bulky items.

(Approximately 1-4 Buisness days) - Express Post

Bulky items are sent Parcel post unless specified and paid for by the customer. 

(Parcel Post approximately 5-7 Buisness days)

 

Please note, there may be delays in delivery from time to time due to unforeseen delays with our delivery network, or during promotion and sale periods. Our delivery T&Cs apply to all orders through the Webstore.

As the coronavirus (Covid-19) situation continues to evolve and in accordance to current guidelines and restrictions. 

We are still delivering our products via the post to all our customers. Due to the high demand put on our courier companies with the influx of parcels being sent through the post unfortunately your parcels may be subject to delayes, unfortunately this is out of our control. We do our best here at Badlands to get all of our parcels out the next buisness day.
